Usage Data is collected automatically when using the Service and may include:

Where You arrive via a Google or Meta advertisement, We receive campaigns and click identifiers. Where a partner, agent or existing client introduces You, We receive the contact details they provide.

Automated Messaging
We use an automated assistant to respond to initial enquiries received through WhatsApp. The assistant may answer questions about Our properties and services, ask about Your requirements, and assist with booking appointments. Where Your enquiry requires human assistance, the conversation may be transferred to a member of Our team.
The automated assistant does not make decisions that produce legal effects or otherwise significantly affect You. You may request to speak with a member of Our team at any time.
Sharing Your Personal Data
We do not sell Your Personal Data. We may share Your Personal Data with the following categories of recipients:
- Hosting and infrastructure — Hostinger International Ltd, Cloudflare, Inc.
- Analytics and advertising — Google LLC (Analytics, Ads, Tag Manager), Meta Platforms, Inc.
- Customer relationship management and messaging — HighLevel Inc., which supports Our enquiry handling, WhatsApp messaging, appointment booking and email
- Professional advisers — lawyers, notaries (PPAT) and accountants, where a transaction requires it
- Transaction counterparties — property owners and developers, where necessary to progress Your enquiry
- Affiliates — Our parent company and companies under common control, who are required to honour this Privacy Policy
- Business partners — where We offer You products, services or promotions jointly
- Authorities — where We are legally required to disclose
Each Service Provider acts on Our documented instructions under a written data processing agreement.
Business transactions
